Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Busy Witch Box, each ritual offering is prepared around the seasonal rhythms of the Wheel of the Year. Our handcrafted products, original ritual materials & seasonal subscriptions are created and scheduled with care.
Please review the following terms before completing your purchase.
Recurring Sabbat Subscriptions
Recurring Wheel of the Year subscriptions provide eight seasonal Sabbat Ritual Boxes throughout the year.
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.
You may cancel future subscription renewals through your subscription management portal, when available, or by contacting us at lia@busywitchbox.com.
To avoid an additional charge, cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not refund payments already processed or cancel shipments already purchased.
Prepaid Sabbat Subscriptions
Prepaid subscriptions reserve the number of seasonal Sabbat Ritual Boxes included in the purchased plan.
Prepaid subscription purchases are final sale and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Canceling an automatic renewal, if applicable, prevents a future subscription term from beginning. It does not cancel or refund the boxes included in an existing prepaid purchase.
All remaining prepaid boxes will continue to ship according to the seasonal fulfillment schedule.
Individual Purchases & Seasonal Preorders
Individual Sabbat Ritual Boxes, seasonal preorders, ritual tools & handcrafted apothecary offerings are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for changes of mind or purchases made in error, except where required by law.
Refunds & Order Concerns
Busy Witch Box does not offer discretionary refunds for completed purchases, including subscription payments, prepaid plans & seasonal preorders.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or is not fulfilled as agreed, please contact us at lia@busywitchbox.com so we can review the circumstances and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
