Refund & Returns Policy Busy Witch Box offerings are intentionally crafted ritual experiences. Each item is created, prepared, and packaged with care, intention, and energetic alignment. Because of the nature of these items, and the way they are handled once they leave our hands, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for: – Subscription boxes – One-time ritual boxes – Digital downloads – Ritual tools, altar items, or handcrafted goods Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned. That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will always make things right when something has gone wrong on our end. In rare and exceptional circumstances, refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion. These are handled on a case-by-case basis, guided by fairness and care. Busy Witch Box is a small, artisan business. Each offering is created in limited quantities, often by hand, and prepared specifically for you. This policy allows us to continue crafting magickal work sustainably while honoring the energy that goes into every piece. Thank you for understanding and for being part of this circle.
