At Busy Witch Box, each offering is prepared with attention to its materials, purpose & place within the Craft. We want you to know what to expect when your order begins its journey from our studio to your altar.

Shipping Within the United States

Busy Witch Box offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more.

For orders under $35, applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Boise, Idaho.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Wheel of the Year Sabbat Boxes & Seasonal Offerings

Our Sabbat Ritual Boxes follow the eight seasonal celebrations of the Wheel of the Year: Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lammas (Lughnasadh), Mabon, Samhain & Yule.

Each box is created around its corresponding Sabbat, with preparation and shipping aligned to the seasonal calendar.

Most Sabbat Boxes ship approximately 1–3 weeks after purchase, depending on when the order is placed in relation to the scheduled Sabbat shipment.

Sabbat Boxes are seasonal offerings and may be available for preorder before their designated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are provided in the applicable product listings.

Recurring and prepaid Wheel of the Year subscriptions follow the seasonal shipping schedule rather than a conventional monthly delivery schedule.

Ritual Tools, Apothecary Goods & Other Offerings

In-stock ritual tools, handcrafted apothecary goods & other nonseasonal offerings typically ship within 3–5 business days after an order is placed.

If an item requires additional preparation time, the estimated fulfillment schedule will be noted in its product listing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions & other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that processing times refer to the preparation of your order before shipment. Carrier transit times are additional.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

When an order contains both seasonal preorder items and ready-to-ship products, fulfillment may be coordinated with the seasonal shipping schedule.

If you need a nonseasonal item sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
