Every box includes a comprehensive ritual guide written specifically for the solitary practitioner, along with hand blended anointing oils, organic teas, loose incense blends, crystals, candles, altar tools and ritual items. Every element curated or crafted specifically for that Sabbat. Nothing generic. No fillers. Everything intentional.

Who is Busy Witch Box designed for? Busy Witch Box is designed for the solitary witch walking a seasonal, nature based path, whether you are just beginning to hear the call or have been walking this path for years. Our ritual guides are comprehensive and detailed enough to support the motivated newcomer while honoring the depth and discernment of the seasoned practitioner. What makes Busy Witch Box different from other witchcraft subscription boxes? The difference is in the depth and the intention. Every Busy Witch Box is built around a complete ritual experience, not just a collection of witchy items. Each box contains a comprehensive ritual guide that walks the solitary practitioner through circle casting, invocation, spellwork, divination and magickal activities aligned with the specific Sabbat. Our anointing oils, teas and incense blends are hand crafted in small batches with corresponding botanicals and crystals, ethically sourced and made with ritual intention. Who is Lia and what is her practice? I'm Lia, the witch behind Busy Witch Box. My path began more than two decades ago when The Spiral Dance changed everything. After leaving the corporate world following Covid, I built Busy Witch Box to fulfill a need I felt deeply in my own practice, for ritual tools and experiences as complex, layered and intentional as the craft itself. My practice is rooted in traditional witchcraft and folk magick, deeply aligned with the Wheel of the Year, botanical occultism and the old ways.

THE BOXES

What comes inside a Busy Witch Box? Every box is unique to its Sabbat, curated and crafted specifically for that moment on the Wheel. Items vary by season but typically include a hand blended anointing ritual oil with corresponding botanicals and crystals, an organic herbal tea blend, a hand blended loose incense blend, ritual candles, crystals, altar tools, botanicals and a comprehensive Sabbat ritual guide written specifically for the solitary practitioner. Every item is ethically sourced and chosen with ritual intention.

Are the products in each box handmade? Yes, many of our signature products are hand crafted in small batches by Lia herself. This includes our anointing ritual oils, organic tea blends and loose incense blends, all blended with corresponding botanicals and crystals where appropriate. Additional items are carefully curated from ethical sources aligned with the values and intention of Busy Witch Box.

Can I customize my box? Each Busy Witch Box is curated as a complete, intentional ritual experience, every element chosen to work in relationship with every other element. For this reason boxes are not customizable (if you have an allergy to specific herbs, please let us know so we can accommodate). The curation is the craft. Trust the sequence. You'll feel why.

What Sabbats do you offer boxes for? Busy Witch Box follows the full Wheel of the Year, all eight Sabbats. Samhain, Yule, Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lughnasadh and Mabon. Each Sabbat receives its own completely unique ritual box experience rooted in the folklore, botanical correspondences and magickal traditions of that specific turning of the Wheel.

Do you offer individual Sabbat boxes as well as subscriptions? Yes. individual one time Sabbat boxes are available for purchase if you'd like to experience a single Sabbat before committing to a subscription or if you simply want to work with a specific seasonal energy. Bundles are also available for those who want to work multiple Sabbats together and experience the thread that weaves through each ritual.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does the Busy Witch Box subscription work? Busy Witch Box offers two subscription options to suit your practice and your path.

Month to month- subscribe one Sabbat at a time with no long term commitment. Your box ships before each Sabbat so you have everything you need to work the ritual in its proper season.

Prepaid subscription- commit to the full Wheel of the Year or a multi Sabbat prepaid option and receive a significant discount. This is the option for the witch who is ready to walk the full year with intention.

Both options include the complete Busy Witch Box ritual experience, nothing is reduced or modified based on subscription type.

When do boxes ship? Boxes are shipped in advance of each Sabbat so that you receive everything you need before the ritual date. We always account for standard shipping windows.

Can I start my subscription at any Sabbat? Yes, you can begin your Busy Witch Box journey at any point on the Wheel. We recommend beginning at the next upcoming Sabbat so your practice aligns naturally with the seasonal current from the start. Our next Sabbat offering is always featured on the homepage.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription? Month to month subscribers can cancel before their next renewal date. Please refer to our full subscription terms or reach out via our contact page with any questions about your account.

SHIPPING & ORDERS

Do you ship internationally? Busy Witch Box currently ships within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future, stay connected through our newsletter and social channels for updates.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible while ensuring your box arrives safely and beautifully intact.

What if my box arrives damaged? Please reach out to us immediately via our contact page with photos of the damage. We take the care and condition of every box seriously and will work with you to make it right.

Our comprehensive ritual guides are written with enough detail and context to support the witch who is just beginning to hear the call. Many of our most devoted subscribers began their journey with us as newcomers and have grown into deeply experienced practitioners through working the full Wheel of the Year with intention.
